As part of his papal tour of the Philippines, Pope Francis held mass at Manila Cathedral on Friday.

He demanded that leaders in the Philippines end "scandalous social inequalities" in the country, calling out corruption in a nation where tens of millions of Catholics endure brutal poverty.
